At SOC we offer a range of services all designed with one goal in mind… to help you feel better but perhaps more importantly, help you STAY feeling better!

With this in mind we are pleased to be able to offer one on one training sessions with our fully qualified Personal Trainer Dan Ogden. These sessions are carefully tailored to each patient and can help with general fitness, strength building and rehabilitation after an injury. Subject to assessment, they are suitable for anyone regardless of age.

About Rehabilitation and Personal Training

Osteopathy, Massage and Acupuncture can all help treat a variety of health problems such as a bad back. Frequently, the problems our Clinicians see can benefit from specific Personal Training regimes and Rehabilitation sessions. These complement the treatment being given and help the body recover. The benefits can be long lasting and may ensure that the health issue you were experiencing does not reoccur.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments need to be prepaid. Click this link here and choose 1 session or a block booking of 4 sessions (saving you £20 and with a free PT Kit). Once payment has been made, Dan Ogden will be in touch to arrange your session(s).

Does age and fitness levels matter for a PT Session? I'm not up to running around!

The traditional image of a gym based PT session can be banished! Whilst some patients want and will benefit from strenuous workouts as directed by Dan, most of our patients are given much gentler workout routines that are carefully prescribed based on your individual fitness levels and abilities.

Is there anything that PT Sessions are not recommended for?

Within reason, PT and Rehabilitation sessions are suitable for most people. Clearly if your GP or other medical practitioner has advised against physical exercise or certain activities then please let us know.
