How Yoga Could Help You

The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “yuji” which means yoke or union and is the ancient practice that brings together mind and body. There are multiple studies which confirmed the many mental and physical benefits of yoga. Incorporating it into your routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.

We are please to be able to offer our patients one-to-one Yoga sessions with our instructor Lisa Wheadon allowing you to receive her full attention and derive maximum benefit from your sessions.
